Winter Art Walk 2012 Itenerary : VCU ARTS OPEN HOUSE (this is modified from the VCU  original)

1. •9:30 - Meet at VCU SINGLETON CENTER for Official Arts welcome speech (see map at right) Free parking is available in the West Broad Street Parking Deck, located at 1111 W. Broad St.
   

2. •10:00 - 10:30 -School of the Arts Overview
   

3. •10:45 - 12:00 -Department Overviews/ Q & A
   

4. •10:45 - 1:30 -Tours of the School of the Arts -tour guides meet visitors in the Singleton Center lobby
   

5. •11:30 - 12:15 -Art Foundation Q & A (Bowe St Parking Deck, 5th floor, room 535)
   

6. •11:00 - 2:00 - Portfolio Reviews -Bowe St Parking Deck, 5th floor
   

7. •1:00 - Lunch at the dining hall
   

As you can see, there’s a lot of overlap.  We will try our best to stay together as a group, but if you want to check something out on your own, or need to leave early, please feel free to do so.  We will try to gather back together and wrap everything up at lunch.
